2 — Our Products (Custom & Personalized Items)

We make every effort to provide accurate product information and images. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your screen/device settings and the nature of printing.

Many of our products are custom-made using photos and/or text you provide. By uploading photos or submitting personalization text, you represent and warrant that:

you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it, and
the content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Because personalized products are made to order, minor variations (including color tones, cropping, alignment, and print appearance) may occur and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products, and limit quantities at our discretion.

3 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Beauty Beyond The Moment reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive/process payment.

Order changes / cancellations: Custom orders may enter production quickly. Once processing or production has started, we may be unable to cancel, change, or edit your order (including changes to uploaded photos, personalization text, or product options). Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Returns, refunds, and remakes are handled solely in accordance with our Refund Policy (including a remake window of approximately 14 days from delivery, unless otherwise stated).

4 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed. Prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by Shopify and/or our payment providers.

5 — Shipping and Delivery

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you to the fullest extent permitted by law.
